Laptop Requirement and Minimum Specifications
The School of Law requires that each student have and maintain a laptop computer which meets the minimum system requirements. The use of a computer is essential in legal practice. In addition, having a reliable and capable laptop when needed in the exam room or in the courtroom is critical to your success. As such, we have outlined the specifications below to obtain a laptop that will serve you throughout your legal education.

Note: Exam software cannot be used with a virtual operating system. Only genuine US-English version of Windows Operating System is allowed. ExamSoft does not support Chromebooks, Tablet or Convertible devices other than Surface Pro. The Law School does not support iPads.
