Tuition Refunds
It is the student's responsibility to withdraw from classes. Continuing students must notify the office of academic affairs at law@wilmu.edu. New students must notify the office of law admissions at lawadmissions@wilmu.edu. Students are responsible for the full amount of tuition if they withdraw after the drop period. Please see the calendar below.
Tuition Refund Calendar
Fall 2026 Semester
The Last day to withdraw without a charge is August 31st. The full tuition amount must be paid if the withdrawal is after August 31st.
Spring 2027 Semester
The Last day to withdraw without a charge is January 19th. The full tuition amount must be paid if the withdrawal is after January 19th.
