Career Development
Career Development at WilmU Law is an essential part of a law student’s overall professional development. Each students’ career development path is unique and includes building a career development plan, assessing interests, developing skills, exploring legal environments, and engaging in the community.
Through individual sessions, group instructional workshops, meetings with legal professionals, and other resources, students will connect with local and regional communities where they will get to know legal professionals, build networks, gain legal experience, and find employment.
Additionally, students will have support as they prepare resumes, cover letters, application packets, participate in mock interviews and employer meetings, and apply for part-time and full-time positions during law school and post-graduation.
