Employer Recruiting

WilmU Law looks forward to working with local, regional, state, and national organizations and connecting employers with our dynamic student body. We ask employers interested in connecting with WilmU Law students to register on Symplicity.  Registering to connect with WilmU Law students through on-campus recruiting, resume collections, information sessions, and job postings acknowledges your acceptance of the Law School's EMPLOYER POLICIES. We are excited to assist as you recruit at WilmU Law. There is no cost to recruit.

The opportunities to connect with students include:

On-Campus Interviews (“OCI”) 

Interviews are conducted during both the fall and spring semesters. There is no charge to participate in OCI and parking is close and accessible. Employers are able to pre-screen and select candidates they wish to interview. Contact our office for the law school calendar to maximize your time with us while meeting our students.

Resume Collect

The Office of Professional Development will collect and send resumes, as well as other requested application materials in a single packet to employers.

Resume Direct

For employers who wish to receive resumes directly from our students during the semester, the Office of Professional Development publicizes information about your organization and the available opportunity so that students may apply to you directly.

Job Posting

Employers can post jobs for part time, full time, or summer positions for 1Ls, 2Ls, part time, or full time students. Please note, Wilmington University School of Law reserves the right to use its discretion to decline the posting of any job.
